I visited New York recently, arrived on Halloween and stumbled right into the parade on 6th Avenue. 20.000 participants, 2.000.000 spectators, and a few skeletons.

I skated the Pool at the Pier 62 Skatepark next to the Hudson River. During the session a Marine ship floated by, accompanied by 4 helicopters.....
