Scheinbar komplett unbemerkt bei der Industrie und den allgemeinen Skateboarding Medien ist Vert- und Transitionskateboarding im Anstieg begriffen. Skateparks sehen langsam wieder aus wie Skateparks und nicht wie Mauerdenkmäler mit Absturzsicherungen. In USA und Skandinavien wächst ein unheimliches Potenzial an Nachwuchsskatern heran, die in Bowls und auf den Vertramps groß werden. Vertramps schießen aus dem Boden wie die Pilze und Contests gibt es fast an jedem Wochenende irgendwo.
Seemingly unnoticed by the industry and the common skateboarding media vert- and transitionskateboarding is on the rise. Skateparks look like skateparks again and not like wall monuments with safety rails anymore. In the US and Skandinavia an unbelievable potential of young skaters is growing up in bowls and vertramps. Ramps go up like mushrooms everywhere and there are contests almost every weekend.
